Hmm.. Guess I missed the second shipping on 8-26 also... since its now 9-3 and I've not gotten any parts or even heard they have been shipped...
I even contacted Jay via email and offered to send these two dead heli's back to exchange for heli's that were on sale for a cheaper price than I paid for the two dead ones..
Seems I should rethink my opinion of the customer service.. Quick response to a problem is good, but only if it is followed up with quick action.... and I dont believe waiting from mid AND late July until early Sept constitutes quick action.. and since I still havent heard anything on the parts being shipped there isnt any action.. quick or otherwise..
I would still be happy to send these two dead 72 mhz heli's back for exchange if you would be willing to send me the 2.4 ghz heli's that are on sale cheaper than I paid for the 72 mhz heli's. Otherwise my options seem to be to continue to wait, or send them back for a refund.. and then I could actually buy the 2.4 ghz heli's and save some money... or I could take my money and look elsewhere for a supplier of my RC equipment.

hmm.. now 9-6 and no response here or in email... customer service? what customer service?? well ok.. I know what customer.. but what service?? :(

I wasnt sure if I should edit my last post from 2 months ago or make a new post.. Nothing has changed since my last post.. I still have 2 dead heli's that died under warranty and almost half a year later Im still waiting for resolution.. still waiting for parts.. still waiting for customer service..
Buyers beware.. if you buy from hobby lobby.. every 20 or so days you'll get an email that they are closing your claim, once you let them know what you bought from them doesnt work... You will keep responding to them to keep things open and they will.. and half a year later things might still be open.. you still wont have anything that works and your warranty parts will still be on back order... If you want to play with any toys you buy, then dont buy from here.. Toys from here get bought and paid for, then set on the shelf waiting for warranty replacement parts for months and months. :|

Not true. You have a very rare situation where the parts needed are back ordered from the factory. We cannot control the availability of parts in extreme cases like this. We are doing away with the case system soon so those automated emails will be going away. We are doing our best to resolve your issue, but some things are beyond our control.
